Welcome to Etxe Ttippi, a charming holiday cottage in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, set in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, close to the town center, shops, and beaches. With 41 m² of living space (72 m² floor area), the house accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a shower room, and two toilets. On request, an extra bed is available for a 5th guest in a small open space near the stairs, separated by a curtain. The house is unique: the upper floor is entirely attic-style. The ceiling height is 2 m at its peak and drops to about 1 m at the bed heads. Guests over 1.80 m may find some spaces limited. You will have high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for remote work), TV, game console, fan, pellet stove heating, washing machine, ironing board and iron. A baby bed is also available. Outside, enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Bus stop a few minutes’ walk away. Two shopping centers (250 m): bakery, pharmacy, fishmonger, deli, health center. Two private parking spaces are available. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Towels can be provided on request for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not yet installed but planned for future renovations. The house is step-free and located in a shared property. Environmentally friendly, it has a rainwater collection system, insulation with sustainable materials, and information to help you sort waste.
